Amazing place me and my wife and son went her for about a 3 days we were on a road and this hotel seemed perfect right by a arcade that my son can have fun at best location by far rooms out of this world! But service... not so much we ordered on the phone and the restaurant waiter said that will be ready in 10 minutes we ordered waffles that all so we waited 30 minutes and they said oh sorry you wanted waffles we didn't even start do I got mad and said PLEASE start making them they said 10 minutes I waited 12 minutes they said there bringing it now I WAIT 45 MINUTES AND IT FINNALY COMES. But besides service stay was phenomenal 🙌 just hope service can get fixed for others.

Really nice hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great breakfast with a lot of selection -i loved the breakfast sandwiches. Awesome gym with lots of equipment. Only a couple of things I would mention: they do not have hair conditioner, only shampoo. And when I checked in there was a dirty washcloth left behind. Otherwise great stay. Would stay again.

We stayed for a week for a planned vacation and it was great! My kids loved the pool and breakfast. Then the hurricane closed the Tampa airport and we were stranded in Florida. Though I was grateful we had a place to stay I was surprised at the price per night during a disaster. The manager quoted 1 price over the phone to the front desk clerk on the phone (129) per night. Then when it was time to make it official and actually pay she changed her tune and decided a different increased price (149). Talking to some locals afterward, I discovered that some hotels do this when tourists are stranded because of a hurricane. That actually, they are supposed to let you stay for free since you are displaced. I wish I would have known that before I paid. The rental car we had refunded the money for the extra days automatically- without us asking so I know it must be true.

If you like hotel staff entering your room when you are half naked then stay at this location! Was in bedroom packing when my daughter in bathroom peeked out to tell me that someone was knocking at door. Went to check who was at door and two people were standing in the living area. Ridiculous!! Asked for manager at check out and no manager was available due to her working night shift. Then requested the manager Joyce Ortega to contact me Monday. I checked out on Saturday. I waited 3 days for a return call and heard nothing back! I then called hotel again to speak to manager and was told again that she was not in. I then called Hilton directly. Also experienced other issues. No luggage carts available and this is advertised as an extended stay establishment. Guests will have extra items at check in!!! Doesn’t make sense not to have ample luggage carts available. Door to room was very difficult to open and close. Looked like they had to break in at some point. Never repaired properly. No black tea available in breakfasts lobby. Only flavored tea available. Traveling back for business next week. Won’t be staying there again! Will advise my regional office not to book me or other employees here again! Staying at an IHG property.

I stayed here two nights for business during the week. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, kitchenette was a plus, and the a/c worked well. The only area for improvement is the coffee has run out a few times in the lobby. There are several restaurants near by and they have food selection in the lobby for purchase.
